VEKTREX CEO Honored at "Women Who Mean Business" Awards Ceremony

Ms. Ford, Vektrex's CEO, was honored on Thursday October 11 with a "Women Who Mean Business" award in the "High Technology" category. 

The Women Who Mean Business award, sponsored by the San Diego Business Journal, is awarded to women who have made a difference through their tenacity, passion, and expertise. 

Ms. Ford created the Vektrex vision; Advancing Measurement Technology, and she has focused the company on this vision, guiding it steadfastly in the direction of measurement products, replacing its original service business. She built the company from the ground up with little capital, creating its infrastructure, policies and procedures, and funding its growth through careful financial stewardship. 

When times seem most challenging, Ms. Ford continues steadfastly to hold to her vision, providing consistent and reliable leadership for those at Vektrex.
