UV-LED Characterization and Measurement requires a source to power the device and an optical measurement instrument to measure the device output. The complete UV LED characterization and measurement test station is a turnkey system ready to go. Any Vektrex SMU may be selected for use in the UV LED characterization and measurement test station. Key measurements include Peak Power, Irradiance, and Radiant Flux. Key operating modes include Constant Current, Single Pulse, Continuous Pulse, Differential Continuous Pulse (UV LED specific) and Dynamic Modes. Flexible triggering combined with a hardware timing system enable time-aligned SMART Measurements. Grab one point, multiple points, or a sweep. Graphically view IV and LIV curves and select the points for reference.
